3. Your choice for Google Calendar
You can use the website and contact us without loading the calendar. The notice beside the calendar explains the connection to Google before activation. Only “Agree & load Google Calendar” activates the embed. Consent is not inferred from scrolling or simply continuing to use the website.
“Withdraw consent & close calendar” removes the embed. Loading the page again also resets the choice. This does not delete information already processed by Google or its existing cookies. Opening appointment booking in a separate tab visits Google directly and is subject to Google’s settings.
4. Platform and provider information
Using Google Workspace for our mailbox does not itself load Google content or set Google cookies in your browser when you visit this website. Google’s cookies depend on account status, region and provider settings. Details about their purposes and lifetimes are provided in the linked cookie policies.
Provider documentation describes their services generally. It does not establish that every cookie listed there is used on this laen health website.
5. Managing browser storage
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s privacy settings. You can also block third-party cookies. Blocking Google storage may restrict appointment booking. Deleting cookies does not delete records already held by a provider.
6. Legal framework and privacy rights
Article 86(3) of Kosovo Law No. 04/L-109 addresses information stored on or accessed from a user’s device, information to users and their ability to refuse, with exceptions for necessary transmission and explicitly requested services. Where personal data is involved, Law No. 06/L-082 also applies. The optional calendar is offered on an opt-in basis under Article 5(1.1) and Article 6 of that law.
